It is a solid west coast style IPA. Crisp, hoppy and refreshing. Citrus, pine and floral notes dominate the nose and palate with just the right amount of bitterness. \n\t\t\t\t<\/dd><\/dl><dl class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<dt class='gallery-icon portrait'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/?attachment_id=434'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/stone-woot-stout-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"Stone Woot Stout\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-434\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/dt>\n\t\t\t\t<dd class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-434'>\n\t\t\t\tStone Woot Stout &#8211; A big stout brewed with rye, wheat malt, pecans and then aged in whiskey barrels. Big and roasty with hints of coffee. The hops shine through the darkness to lend a solid citrus flavor. \n\t\t\t\t<\/dd><\/dl><br style=\"clear: both\" \/><dl class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<dt class='gallery-icon portrait'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/?attachment_id=438'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/terrapin-white-chocolate-moo-hoo-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"Terrapin White Chocolate Moo-Hoo\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-438\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/dt>\n\t\t\t\t<dd class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-438'>\n\t\t\t\tTerrapin White Chocolate Moo-Hoo &#8211; A White Milk Chocolate Stout. I really enjoyed this limited brew from Terrapin. I didn&#8217;t quite get white chocolate out of it but it was delicious. Loads of dark chocolate and vanilla flavor going on.\n\t\t\t\t<\/dd><\/dl><dl class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<dt class='gallery-icon portrait'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/?attachment_id=439'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/rogue-old-crustacean-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"Rogue Old Crustacean\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-439\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/dt>\n\t\t\t\t<dd class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-439'>\n\t\t\t\tRogue Old Crustacean &#8211; One of my favorite barley wines, though I&#8217;m not sure I&#8217;ve met one that I didn&#8217;t like. Bold with spicy hops and loads of malt. Nice and boozy but easily quaffable. I love a good Quaff. \n\t\t\t\t<\/dd><\/dl><dl class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<dt class='gallery-icon portrait'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/?attachment_id=440'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/southern-tier-compass-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"Southern Tier Compass\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-440\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/dt>\n\t\t\t\t<dd class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-440'>\n\t\t\t\tSouthern Tier Compass &#8211; It is a pale ale brewed with rose hips and a good bit of hops. When poured it smells seriously floral with the scent of roses flowing out of the top of the glass. it has a really nice citrus flavored hop profile going on that nicely compliments the rose. \n\t\t\t\t<\/dd><\/dl><br style=\"clear: both\" \/><dl class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<dt class='gallery-icon portrait'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/?attachment_id=441'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/heavy-seas-yule-tide-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"Heavy Seas Yule Tide\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-441\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/dt>\n\t\t\t\t<dd class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-441'>\n\t\t\t\tHeavy Seas Yule Tide &#8211; An Imperial Red Ale brewed with ginger and aged in rum barrels. This thing smelled like hot buttered rum. The taste was more of the same with a bit of sweetness finished with a hint of spicy ginger.\n\t\t\t\t<\/dd><\/dl><dl class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<dt class='gallery-icon portrait'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/?attachment_id=442'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"http:\/\/www.beerdestroyer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/lagunitas-brown-shugga-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"Lagunitas Brown Shugga\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-442\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/dt>\n\t\t\t\t<dd class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-442'>\n\t\t\t\tLagunitas Brown Shugga &#8211; A delicious treat to bring in the cool winter weather. It had a shit ton of maltyness and a bit of hops to keep that malt in check.
